What a timely episode. Our organization is currently exploring ways to better exploit social media. While we have a presence on YouTube and Facebook, we have not really done much to promote either.
What I believe I garnered from the discussion is that we should be offering Old Lady Sandwiches to increase traffic on those sites!
By the way, the heartiest of congratulations ASR on setting a world record for the longest send off!
